It wasn’t quite as beautiful a day as they‘d have liked, but they weren’t scared. The children found some slightly swishy grass, a very cold, sploshy river, lots of squelchy mud and many opportunities for stumbling over sticks.
It was a wonderful adventure for our intrepid explorers. No bear unfortunately, but some evidence that bears might have been around recently…
The children also created the most wonderful mural to complement We’re Going on a Bear Hunt — and they even recited the story too!
