'The Great Fire of London' Houses

This week, Cherry Class have been busy creating their own ‘Great Fire of London’ houses. The children wrapped their boxes in paper and painted wooden beams to replicate the style of houses from the 17th century.

The activity sparked fantastic discussions about the impact of the fire and why it spread so quickly, comparing the materials and design of houses then to how homes are built today.

Super work Cherry class!
