We love to read at Pencombe!

Reading is so important because it develops your mind and gives you excessive knowledge and lessons of life. It helps you understand the world around you better. It keeps your mind active and enhances creative ability, improving vocabulary and developing communication skills.

 

The children in Pippin class decided that they would read stories to the class this week. Absolutely fantastic! Their recall was astounding, their dramatic use of voice, expressions, props was amazing and completely independent of the adults.

 

They are all readers in Pippin Class – bravo!
