Nativity in Birch and Cherry class

This Christmas at Pencombe, Cherry and Birch class decided to tell the traditional nativity story following the journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem. We were unable to have a real audience, so they filmed the children in separate scenes and created their very own “stable” in our outdoor classroom. The children choose their own roles and a new set of costumes was provided by the PTA. We all enjoyed telling this magical story about the meaning of Christmas and celebrating Jesus’s birthday 2020.
