This week in Cherry class, the children continued their “Houses and Homes” theme by studying the Art of L.S. Lowry. This enabled them to link Art and Geography, as they are learning about cities in the UK. Everyone had a go at drawing the same scene “Coming home from the Mill” and some children also chose their favourite Lowry pictures to copy.

They all practiced drawing people going in different directions! Wonderful work Cherry Class, you are all brilliant artists .
