Care Outside of School Hours

After School Hub - ASH

We are delighted to offer our after-school provision named ASH (After School Hub). This club will be managed by Lizzie Davies and will offer a range of activities in a relaxed environment with the opportunity for a healthy snack.

We are able to offer 8 spaces per session. Parents will have the opportunity to book from 3.15pm – 4.15pm every day.

We are keen to support our working parents and therefore, if we have four or more children who need to be in ASH from 4.15pm – 5pm, we will open up the spaces.

If spaces are needed, please contact the school office with your request and the days needed in advance. Once we have four children who require that second session, you will be contacted to accommodate your request.

How do I book?

Places can be booked and paid for in advance through Scopay, an online booking system. ‘How to guides’ on using Scopay can be found here.

Bookings will be made available on the 1st of every month at 12 noon.

Depending on demand, we may be able to expand capacity in the future. In the meantime, if you book and pay for a session that you no longer need, please do let us know as soon as possible so that we can open it for other children to attend at the earliest chance.

It is important to note that late fees may be incurred.

If you are eligible for tax-free childcare, please contact the School Office about how to link your childcare account to the school.

A copy of the after-school club policy is available on request and will be given to all parents who use the service.
