Evacuee Day in Oak class

We had a fantastic day in Oak class today. We spent the day dressed up as evacuees and experienced what a school day in the village of Pencombe might have been like, away from the dangers of the big city. The children played playground games, sang Run Rabbit Run, made Identity Cards and gas mask boxes, and acted out what to do in the event of an air raid siren! Well done everyone, such a great experience!
