Sounds of the Rainforest

Sounds of the Rainforest Willow class created “cultured” compositions this week in music. Their focus has been Rainforest Sounds so this week, the children composed repeating melodies using tuned percussion instruments. They considered the types of sounds that animals in the rainforest might make – super compositions Willow class!

International Languages Day

International Languages Day The whole school took part in International Languages to celebrate and learn about cultures around the world. The children dressed up, cooked and ate national dishes and immersed themselves with information about specific countries. A fun day was had by all!
