Knight’s shields

Look at the wonderful shields Cherry class have created. The children had to think of a design unique to them and which represented them individually. They have found out that knights needed an identification symbol so that they knew who was who when their faces were covered in combat. They all did a great job!
Algorithms

Cherry class have been learning about algorithms this week and ordering their own algorithms to cross the road safely.

Counting skills in Cherry class

All of our reception children in Cherry class have been perfecting their counting skills! Here they are using a variety of resources to support their understanding…..super work!
Repeating patterns

Year 1 and reception children worked in pairs to create a variety of repeating patterns using colour and shape. They could all create and continue the patterns themselves.Top Job Cherry class!
Trip to Ludlow Castle

Cherry and Birch class had the most special of days this week as they visited Ludlow Castle. The children were superstars as they explored the history within the magnificent building, and the weather wasn’t too bad either! What excellent ambassadors of our school – super photos too!
