 Pencombe CofE Primary is a very special place. We hope our school website provides you with a insight into our caring and happy school.

I am extremely proud to be the Head of School at Pencombe. Our dedicated staff and whole school community, ensure our children are at the centre of everything we do. Set in a stunning rural location, and with small class sizes, we pride ourselves on knowing every child and their family well, encouraging and nurturing each child’s talents. When entering our school, you will immediately feel the warmth, friendliness and dedication that is the foundation in all that we do.

Our vision at Pencombe CofE Primary is “In God’s hands, we love, learn, grow and inspire.” Each child is like a mustard seed, and each child grows from something small into something strong and beautiful, offering support to those who they meet in life. 

We have high expectations of both learning and progress, and ensure all children are given the opportunity to reach their full potential.  All children, regardless of their ability, are able to access all areas of our engaging curriculum and any extracurricular activities held. Behaviour is excellent and we are proud of our inclusive school where everyone feels safe, listened to and valued.

We want to ensure all our children believe in themselves and their abilities, aspire to be the best they can be, want to learn so they can go on to achieve their dreams and goals.
