A huge well done to all of the children – both our Year 6 pupils and our former pupils at QE – who were involved in the Installation of Revd. Katie Smith yesterday evening.

 

Thank you also to the parents who are always there to support us; your encouragement makes such a difference.

It was a real privilege to be part of the procession alongside the Bishop of Hereford and many clergy from across the county, and a special moment to help lead the service by singing the first verse of ‘Colours of Day’.

 

A very special thank you as well to Mrs Brown – it was her wonderful idea to raise money for the church through this exciting community event, and she gave so much of her time and energy to make it such a success. We are so grateful to her.

 

We are incredibly proud of you all – a truly memorable occasion to treasure.
