Bread Rolls from Pudding Lane!

This week, Cherry class washed their hands and prepared their ingredients for making their bread rolls linked to their topic – The Great Fire of London with the help of Mrs Davies expert baker!

They began by carefully weighing out the ingredients. The children then rolled their bread rolls into the shape they had designed, adding their own features before baking, sensibly using a range of cooking utensils.
Finally, the bread was popped into the oven to be baked before the taste test!

Well done Cherry class – Thomas Farriner (the baker on Pudding Lane in 1666) would be proud of you!
