The Helper Arrives

Today, it was the turn of Willow class to lead Wednesday Worship. To celebrate Pentecost, the children acted out the story ‘The Helper Arrives’.

Just before Jesus went up to heaven, he told his friends, the disciples, that he was going to send them the Holy Spirit to be their helper. He told them to go to Jerusalem and wait for the Holy Spirit to come to them. So they went to Jerusalem and prayed together constantly for the helper to come.
